"IN MOTION HEEL FLICK"
Haven't done one of these videos in a while..
So when running in minimalist sandals, you will get the occasional stone between your foot and the sandal bed..
There's no need to stop and shake it out.
Try this heel flick.
It takes a little practice, but it's worth it. The vibration from flicking the heel part of the sandal will 9 times out of 10 dislodged the stone..
Give it a try. It might be the difference between a Comrades Qualifying time or not..😜 😂😂💪
